This Monday we explored Carnival Cruise Line’s Vista and Venezia-Class ships–Carnival Vista (2016), Carnival Horizon (2018), Carnival Panorama (2019), Carnival Venezia (2023) and Carnival Firenze (2024). Which have you been on?
Cunard released itineraries for 195 new and exciting voyages. The sailings will visit 115 destinations in 32 countries. Guests will have the opportunity to visit 93 UNESCO World Heritage sites, and enjoy 18 overnight port calls and 33 late-evening departures.
Celebrity Cruises announced its 2026 President’s Cruise aboard the brand-new Celebrity Xcel. The annual cruise will depart from Athens, Greece to sail an 8-night voyage before disembarking in Barcelona, Spain. Guests can expect immersive shore excursions and exclusive onboard events specific to the sailing.
Oceania Cruises in partnership with Fincantieri-Marghera shipyard revealed its next class of ship with the celebratory steel cutting of Oceania Sonata. The Sonata class ship will debut in 2027 and will be followed by her sister ship, Oceania Arietta, in 2029.
Royal Caribbean has announced the “Godmother of Motown Records,” Diana Ross, will be the godmother of Star of the Seas. No date has been announced for the official ceremony, but the vessel will debut from Port Canaveral, Florida in August 2025.
Holland America Line is launching a new “Refreshingly Free” campaign. The campaign celebrates that Holland America is “Refreshingly Free” from “oversized ships, amusement parks at sea, overcrowded beaches and decks, and more.”
