Mondays have become Cruise Ship Monday. This week highlighted Carnival Sunshine.
The Antigua Cruise Port broke ground on a new cruise terminal on February 10, 2025. The new terminal will feature new food and drink venues, shopping, a bazaar reflecting the island’s culture, an ice cream parlour in the park and the Antigua Day Club which will feature a swimming pool, restaurant and bar.
MSC Cruises has announced its 2025 Summer itineraries which offer “ an unparalleled choice of destinations and embarkation ports across the globe.” Guests can choose from four ships sailing the Caribbean, fourteen ships sailing the Med, or four ships sailing in Northern Europe.
MSC Cruises also announced its latest flagship’s godmother–Drew Barrymore. She, along with Orlando Bloom will attend MSC World America’s naming ceremony the evening of April 9, 2025. Barrymore and Bloom will be cutting the ribbon and breaking the bottle of champagne on the bow of the ship.
Norwegian Cruise Line is debuting four brand-new and original shows across nine ships. The shows were created in response to guest feedback and are intended to appeal to guests of multiple generations. The new shows will eventually debut across the cruise line’s entire fleet of 19 ships.
Princess Cruises is offering major savings on select cruises during its 2025 summer and fall getaways. Cruises to Alaska, the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Canada & New England are on sale up to 50% off, third and fourth guests in the same cabin for free and up to $500 onboard credit. The sale is going on now through April 1, 2025.
