Royal Caribbean Group Offers Loyalty Status Match Program

Royal Caribbean Group, parent company of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea, announced an industry-first Loyalty Status Match program beginning June 5, 2024. 

The Royal Caribbean Group Loyalty Status Match program allows cruisers who are members of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club and Silversea’s Venetian Society to enjoy tier status no matter with which brand they are sailing. That is more than 50 ships that sail to nearly 1,000 destinations across every continent.

In a first for the cruise industry, our new Loyalty Status Match program rewards guests traveling across our brands, and this is one more step in our journey of transforming a vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations.”

Each cruise line’s loyalty programs operate similarly using a point system to designate loyalty tier status. All three loyalty programs also provide similar perks such as free amenities, early check-in, priority reservations for onboard dining and entertainment, and more which are in line with the attained tier status. Now, with any cruise departing on or after June 5, 2024, those points will be reciprocal between the brands. 

The new Loyalty Status Match program will allow for seamless status recognition. Members of any Royal Caribbean Group loyalty program are eligible for one-to-one status match across all three brands. Cruisers will need to enroll in each program. It will provide onboard benefits matched to their corresponding status when sailing on a sister brand. The program will provide guests who are already enrolled in multiple loyalty programs with effortless tier matching by automatically coordinating their separate loyalty status’ within 7 days. Additionally, the new program will give cruisers the opportunity to select from more vacation experiences and destinations for an enhanced travel experience.
