In April 2025, my family and I went on Carnival Paradise for our first cruise with my brother, Tony, and the lovely Jenny B. After we departed the Port of Tampa, we spent a beautiful day at sea before disembarking at Grand Cayman. On Grand Cayman, we thoroughly enjoyed the Stingray Sandbar, Hell & Turtle Experience Excursion that we booked through the Carnival Hub App.
The following day we arrived in Cozumel where we took a taxi to Paradise Beach Cozumel where we were treated like VIPs for the day.
Seriously, Paradise Beach Cozumel was absolutely breathtaking. The website boasts of “a plethora of activities and amenities to make your visit an unforgettable one.” The pool had an abundance of lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as daybeds that could be reserved. Included in the exclusive all inclusive day pass was an all you can eat and drink menu. Between us we had shrimp cocktail, chips and salsa, pepperoni pizza, and my personal favorite, the coconut shrimp with the most delicious mango dipping sauce.
After we had a little to eat, and took a refreshing dip in the pool, my daughter and I headed down to the beach. Here we found more lounge chairs and a cute little tiki hut bar. Guests who purchase a fun pass can enjoy the floating water park, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, life jackets and water hammocks. Adventure seekers will want to soar above the ocean as they parasail or fly through the waters on a waverunner or a banana boat. My daughter and I used the natural beauty of Cozumel and took some of her senior pictures.
There is so much to see and do at Paradise Beach Cozumel. Guests can relax and unwind with a massage right on the beach, capture their day with a henna tattoo or have their hair braided by an expert. Looking for a souvenir? Look no further than one of three Beach Boutiques. Did you forget your sunscreen or need some medicine? There is a pharmacy. And the WiFi is free!
If you have the opportunity to go to Paradise Beach Cozumel, I highly recommend it. Between the natural beauty, the service and all the things to see and do, our family had a fantastic day.
