MSC Cruises Reveals Wave Season Savings

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise line, has revealed its New Year’s Sale and the beginning of its 2024 Wave Season. Through January 15, 2024, the cruise line is offering sailings starting at $279 to breathtaking destinations throughout the Caribbean and North America, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe.

Suzanne Salas, SVP, Marketing & E-Commerce, MSC Cruises USA, said: “With demand continuing to rise for cruising and travelers actively planning their 2024 vacations, Wave Season is the perfect time to get a great deal on a cruise before prices increase. This year, MSC Cruises has more ships and itineraries sailing from ports in the U.S. than ever before. This Wave Season deal is our way of inviting travelers to try our amazing, innovative ships and enjoy the unique and memorable experience MSC Cruises has to offer, while giving loyal guests a fantastic way to save on their next cruise. Cruising is already a huge value compared to land-based vacations and with value-adds like an all-inclusive drink package, Wi-Fi, kids sailing free and a credit to use on board, the savings are even greater.”

With all of these savings, a family of four can save over $600 on a 3-night getaway aboard MSC Seashore out of Port Canaveral this spring. That same family can book a 7-night voyage a year from now aboard MSC Seascape out of Miami and save more than $1600 compared to full price.

Additionally, depending on the length of cruise and cabin type, guests will receive up to a $400 onboard credit to spend on shopping, spa treatments, specialty dining, and more.

MSC Cruises is offering more sailings from the United States than ever before and this offer applies to all five ships–MSC Seashore, MSC Meraviglia, MSC Seascape, MSC Magnifica, and MSC Divina–sailing from US ports.

Highlights of sailings from US ports included in the Wave Season offer include:

  • MSC Seashore will offer 10-night Western Caribbean sailings out of Port Canaveral. The cruise will visit Nassau, spend two days at the cruise line’s private island Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, visit Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico before returning to Port Canaveral.
  • MSC Seascape will offer 7-night Eastern Caribbean sailings from Miami. Cruisers will visit the beaches of Nassau, The Bahamas; historical buildings in San Juan, Puerto Rico; waterfalls in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve.
  • MSC Divina also embarks from PortMiami and offers 3-night sailings to The Bahamas. Ports of call include Nassau and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve which allows guests to enjoy a short getaway to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.

MSC Cruises also offers amazing cruises around the world. Its newest ship, MSC World Europa sails the Mediterranean while MSC Euribia sails in Northern Europe.

Highlights of these two ships included in the Wave Season offer are:

  • MSC Euribia sails from La Havre (Paris), France and offers 7-night Northern Europe itineraries. Her ports of call include Southampton, UK; Hamburg, Germany; Amsterdam, Netherlands; and Bruges, Belgium.
  • MSC World Europa sails from Provence, France and offers 7-night Western Mediterranean voyages with ports of call in Portofino, Naples, and Taormina, Italy; La Valletta, Malta; and Barcelona, Spain.

Wave Season is like Black Friday for cruise lines and takes place from January through March. Now is the time to book those spring and summer vacations.
