Disney Cruise Line is celebrating its Silver Anniversary with a new fireworks show and a new Castaway Club gift on any “Silver Anniversary at Sea” cruise.
Disney Cruise Line was the first cruise line to produce a fireworks show at sea, and it will be even more spectacular this summer on every “Silver Anniversary at Sea” cruise. This limited time breathtaking show will continue Disney’s tradition of fireworks. The fireworks show will be synchronized to Disney music already known and loved by all along with a brand new signature theme song created just for the “Silver Anniversary at Sea.”
According to the Disney Cruise Line website, there will be two nights of fireworks! “In addition to Pirate Night, we’re adding a second magical night of fireworks at sea to most Bahamian, Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises this summer.”
One night of each cruise, passengers will be invited to the atrium to share an anniversary toast with the ship’s captain and cruise director. Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie will be there decked out in their shimmering 25th anniversary attire. Guests will also be treated to a delightful rendition of the “Silver Anniversary at Sea” theme song.
Castaway Club members who sail a “Silver Anniversary at Sea” cruise will also be treated to a limited edition art print while supplies last. One 11×14 framed print will be delivered per stateroom.
The “Silver Anniversary at Sea” cruises are being offered from May through September 2023. Sailing dates and itineraries vary by ship.
