According to a Disney Cruise Line press release, guests can expect the return of Pixar Day at Sea and Marvel Day at Sea in 2024.
“Setting sail January through early March from Florida home ports, these exclusive events combine the fun and relaxation of a Disney cruise vacation with one unforgettable day inspired by beloved stories, legendary films and fan-favorite characters.”
Pixar Day at Sea debuted in January 2023 on the Disney Fantasy. On this day guests can enjoy the beloved stories of their favorite Pixar movies.
The celebration brings to life the stories and characters from favorites like “Toy Story,” “Monsters, Inc.,” “The Incredibles,” “Finding Nemo,” and more. Families can enjoy a “rootin’ tootin’” breakfast and themed activities and treats. There will be Pixar characters throughout the ship and an amazing pool party. The day ends with a Pixar Pals Celebration and Disney-style deck show that’s sure to be incredible.
If you are a Pixar fan, you can find this Pixar Day at Sea aboard the Disney Fantasy on one of nine seven-night Caribbean cruises sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida.
The first sailing embarks on January 6, 2024 and the last sails on March 2, 2024. You can choose to sail the eastern or western Caribbean and you will enjoy Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay during both itineraries.

Marvel Day at Sea takes place aboard Disney Dream and offers entertainment and encounters with “the largest assembly of Marvel Super Heroes and Villians on land or at sea.” You can expect to see classic Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America Sam Wilson, Thor, Shuri, Okoye, Scarlet Witch and more.
There will be a deck show like only Disney can produce that will showcase more than 30 characters from across the multiverse. You can take in a spellbinding theater show with masters of the Mystic Arts, participate in family game shows and themed activities, purchase special merchandise and order from special menus.
Marvel Day at Sea is being offered on 10 five-night Caribbean cruises sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The first departs on January 7, 2024, and the last embarks on March 8, 2024. You can again choose a western or eastern Caribbean itinerary and expect to enjoy Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.
