Carnival Cruise Line Opens Up Reservations for Impressive Carnival Journeys in 2024

Carnival Cruise Line has opened new Carnival Journeys reservations for two cruise ships to include unique itineraries between Long Beach, California and Tokyo, Japan and between Sydney, Australia and Singapore.

There are four new Carnival Journeys available to be booked for 2024 on Carnival Panorama and Carnival Splendor. The sailings include a 25-day transpacific cruise and two first-ever port visits.

“Offering guests new destinations to explore and make fun memories builds on our incredible portfolio of Carnival Journeys sailings,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “We have over 150 long cruises open for sale right now, with itineraries taking guests to beautiful places all over the world, and now Carnival Panorama and Carnival Splendor will expand on that with these truly unique sailings.”

Carnival Panorama, a Vista-class ship, will sail two transpacific itineraries. She will embark on an 18-day voyage from Long Beach, California on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Travelers will visit three Alaskan ports and two Japanese ports before arriving in Tokyo on September 10.

She will then embark on October 12, 2024 on a 25-day transpacific cruise from Singapore with stops in Vietnam, Malaysia, the  Philippines and Hawaii. Travelers will cross the International Date Line and be the first Carnival passengers to call in Manila on the return to California.

Not to be outdone, Carnival Splendor also has two unique Carnival Journeys cruises between Sydney, Australia and Singapore.

Departing Sydney on July 21, 2024, Carnival Splendor will visit ports in Australia, Indonesia and Bali before arriving in Singapore on August 5.

She will depart Singapore on August 24 on a 16-night cruise. While Carnival Splendor will take a similar route back to Sydney, she will call on Tanjung Priok, Indonesia, another first for Carnival Cruise Line. She will return to Sydney on September 9.

Carnival Journeys sailings are different types of cruise that Carnival offers. They are longer cruises that offer onboard entertainment and activities meant to immerse guests into a culture by offering new foods, music, history and more.

Carnival Journeys are offered not only during these Asian and Indonesian sailings, but also in the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal, as transatlantic sailings, to Hawaii, and more.
