Just 5 more days until Black Friday and cruises will be on sale. Some cruise lines have already begun their sales and others will begin on Friday. Whatever deals you are looking for–cabin upgrades, onboard credits, reduced deposits or deeply discounted fares–there will be a sale for you. Get ready to book your next cruise!
Beginning January 2026, Margaritaville at Sea Islander will set sail from the Port of Tampa Bay on itineraries that will include Aruba, Curaçao, Montego Bay and New Orleans. She will also sail a new 10-day itinerary that will call on Grand Cayman, Aruba, Curaçao and Ocho Rios. Black Friday promotions are happening right now–don’t miss out!
MSC Cruises is kicking off its winter seasons in the Canary Islands and the Caribbean. The cruise line is returning to the Canary Islands for the first time since 2013-14 when MSC Armonia sailed the region. The series of cruises by MSC Opera is replacing the canceled Red Seas itineraries due to security concerns. Additionally, the cruise line will have three ships–MSC Divina, MSC Seaside and MSC Seascape–sailng from PortMiami this winter season. MSC Seaside and MSC Seascape will offer 7-night Western and Eastern Caribbean sailings, while MSC Divina will sail shorter itineraries to Ocean Cay and Nassau.
Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that two-time Emmy-award winning actor Eric Stonestreet will be the godfather of its new Prima Plus Class ship, Norwegian Aqua. Stonestreet will be in Miami on April 13, 2025 to officially christen the new ship and perform the traditional breaking of the champagne bottle on the bow of the ship.
Carnival Cruise Line plans to celebrate America’s 250th birthday in a big way! The cruise line plans to sail 10 special 3- to 8-day itineraries from six different homeports–Miami, Port Canaveral, Jacksonville, New York City, Long Beach and San Francisco. The highlight will be the ship meetups on the east and west coast on Independence Day.
MSC Cruises has revealed details about the staterooms on its newest flagship, MSC World America. The cruise line’s second World Class ship will feature 19 stateroom categories including interior cabins, adjoining family staterooms, Duplex Suites, Ocean View balcony staterooms and Owner’s Suites with the MSC Yacht Club.
