Mondays have become Cruise Ship Monday. This week highlighted Norwegian Spirit.
Royal Caribbean is offering “Royal Signature Excursions” which will showcase the best of the region they are sailing. The cruise line has collaborated with third-party operators who know the region, the people, the language and culture making them able to make these excursions authentic and memorable.
Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth has a new look just in time for her debut from Miami and her inaugural Alaskan voyages. Her signature spaces have been revitalized, a Pavilion Wellness Café has been added, as well as the Harper’s Bazaar Wellness at Sea program.
Carnival Spirit welcomed guests after her month-long dry dock where she was outfitted with a new Heroes Tribute Bar. Her Cloud 9 spa, fitness center and retail spaces were refreshed and she received a Chef’s Table and a new mini golf course. Her nightclub was refreshed and her casino received new games and a new look.
Captain Kate used Instagram to announce that she was leaving Celebrity Cruises about a month ago. This week, she used Instagram to let her followers know her new season would begin early 2026 aboard Four Seasons Yachts’ first ultra-luxury ship, Four Seasons I.
Last, but certainly, not least, our very own Tony is aboard Norwegian Aqua for her inaugural sailing from Lisbon to Southampton. He and the other guests are experiencing everything from the industry-first hybrid rollercoaster and waterslide–Aqua Slidecoaster–to the brand new production “Revolution: A Celebration of Prince.”
