Let’s talk about Cruise Loyalty Programs. These programs would be the equivalent of frequent flyer or hotel reward programs where repeated business equals perks and bonuses.
Cruising is no different. Each cruise line has some kind of loyalty program that offers onboard perks and bonuses–everything from free drinks to free cruises.Today we will cover NCL’s Latitudes Rewards Loyalty Program.
Norwegian Cruise Line’s Latitudes Rewards offers one point for every cruise night, an extra point per night for booking a suite or The Haven, and an additional point per night when booking an Insider Offer. Cruisers are automatically enrolled upon completion of their first cruise and immediately begin receiving perks.
There are seven tiers to the NCL Latitudes Rewards Program:
Bronze Tier (1 to 19 points) receives:

- Signature Tier Pins
- Onboard Latitudes Rewards Representative
- Free Artwork for attending an Art Auction
- 10% discount in duty-free shops
- Insider offers on select sailings
- Early access to new product info
- Exclusive member-only offers
- Latitudes digital magazine
- Member cruises
- Exclusive offers from Caesars Entertainment
Silver Tier (10 to 44 points) receives all the above, plus:
- 15% discount in duty-free shops
- 10% discount on shore excursions
- 20% photo discount
- 20% discount on spa signature treatments (while in port)
- Exclusive cocktail party
GoldTier (45 to 74 points) receives all the above, plus:
- 25% photo discount
- 50% off one bag of laundry
- Priority tender and disembarkation
- Bottle of water per person per sailing
Platinum Tier (75 to 149 points) receives all the above, plus:
- 30% photo discount
- 25% discount on spa signature treatments (while in port)
- 1 free bag of laundry
- Priority check-in and embarkation
- 15% off unlimited WiFi package
- Chocolate covered strawberries
- Dinner for 2 including a bottle of wine
- A second dinner for 2 at a different venue
- Wines around the world tasting
- Behind-the-scenes ship tour
- Onboard concierge service
- Dedicated pre-cruise service desk
- Early pre-booking for dining
Sapphire Tier (150 to 349 points) receives all the above, plus:
- 2 bottles of water
- 20% off unlimited WiFi package
- Priority restaurant & entertainment seating
- Dinner with Officers
Diamond Tier (350 to 699 points) receives all the above, plus:
- 25% off unlimited WiFi package
- Exclusive Sail & Sustain Mixology Experience
- One-time free cabin upgrade
Ambassador Tier (700 points and more) receives all the above, plus:
- 20% discount on shore excursion
- Complimentary 7-day cruise
- Special Ambassador gift
Additionally, guest loyalty status will be honored within any brand in the Norwegian Cruise Line Holding family, which includes Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises. Between all three cruise brands, guests can visit more than 700 destinations on over 30 cruise ships.
NCL also hosts a dedicated Latitudes Cruise once a year. This year, members are invited to sail onboard the Norwegian Aqua to visit Great Stirrup Cay and the Dominican Republic from Miami. This exclusive sailing, which takes place December 6-13, 2026, from Miami, will offer members-only events, entertainment, gifts, and more!
