Carnival Announces Entertainment Choices Aboard Celebration

The Carnival Celebration is set to sail from Port Miami next month, November 2022, and they have announced new entertainment guests can expect to enjoy.

Carnival previously announced that Celebration would have six different areas for entertainment and leisure and that it would be the second ship in the world with the BOLT roller coaster. The Carnival Celebration is also going to feature the Bonsai Teppanyaki, the RedFrog Tiki Bar, the Family Feud Live, the Havana Bar, Seuss at Sea, and more.

As the cruise line’s second Excel-class vessel, Carnival Celebration will have much to offer. Most recently Carnival Cruise Line has announced their new entertainment for their new ship. There will be production shows, aerialist acts, and game shows.

“At home, when the sun goes down, normally it’s time to wind down, but not on a Carnival cruise,” said Chris Nelson, vice president of entertainment for Carnival Cruise Line.

“We wanted to give our guests new reasons to celebrate nights at sea with us on Carnival Celebration and have designed a collection of new shows and other types of entertainment where eye-catching aerialists, cutting-edge technology, and next-level talent will dazzle our guests every evening.”

Carnival Celebration has multiple entertainment venues which include the Grand Spectrum Theater on decks 6 and 7 and the Celebration Central atrium which features 16 massive, moving screens on a 3-deck-high LED wall. The Visual Symphony will use the atrium to create a high-tech visual performance using the moving LED screens and lasers.

“The Most Magnificent Circus,” a circus play about self-discovery and acceptance, will be highlighted and performed by New Playlist Production. Performers will give a “fully immersive theatrical performance” that includes wire-rigged performers demonstrating their skills by showcasing trapeze, chair, chandelier, hoop, ladder, and mirror aerial performances.

There will also be a dance show that will blend street jazz, hip-hop, theater, and ballet called “Color My World – An Indie Rock and Pop Love Story.” It will combine different mediums of art and create a vibrant and colorful painting show with music and choreography.

Carnival Celebration will also feature several family fun favorites like Deal or No Deal and Family Feud Live. Carnival is also introducing a new show called “What’s Age Got to Do With It” which challenges parents and children to work cooperatively to win.

Dance parties, trivia, dance lessons, scavenger hunts, team games and so much more will be offered by the Fun Squad giving every cruiser the opportunity to have a memorable cruise.

Carnival Celebration will be officially named and christened on Sunday, November 20, 2022, before beginning her maiden voyage from Miami on Monday.
