Virgin Voyages is offering its Sailors the opportunity to experience everything from the warm waters of the Caribbean to the historic sites of Europe to the striking landscapes in Alaska–whenever they want.
While this seems like a dream, Virgin Voyages has introduced their new Annual Pass making it a reality. The pass will allow Sailors unlimited voyages for an entire calendar year across the cruise line’s entire fleet. Sailors can sail “whenever they want, wherever they want.”
Beginning January 1, 2025, Sailors will have the ability to sail Virgin Voyages’ entire fleet of ships on any itinerary–this includes the cruise line’s newest ship, Brilliant Lady, debuting in September 2025. No matter the length of the voyage, passholders will stay in a Sea Terrace cabin complete with a private balcony and a signature red hammock.
Virgin Group Founder, Sir Richard Branson, said, “I’ve always been a big believer in the power of travel and adventure to spark creativity and bring clarity. What started as a sought-after ‘work from sea’ concept with our Season Pass has evolved into something even more special. Now, Sailors can jump aboard any of our ships, across an endless variety of exciting destinations for an entire year. We’re offering unlimited opportunities for adventure in a way that has never been done in cruising before.”
Passholders automatically receive the top tier of Virgin Voyages’ loyalty program giving them Deep Blue Extras. Deep Blue Extras included priority boarding, complimentary laundry service, dedicated concierge support, unlimited premium WiFi, a $100 Bar Tab credit and access to exclusive onboard events and experiences. Passholders also are able to add a plus one to their cabin with the option to switch companions.
The Annual Pass is $120,000 plus taxes and fees and is available on a first-come, first-served basis through March 31, 2025. Passholders get to choose their start date between January 1, 2025 and April 2025. The pass will be active for one full year from the start date.
In another industry first, cruisers can purchase the Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass with Bitcoin making it the first cruise product to accept cryptocurrency as a payment option.
