Royal Caribbean International’s Ultimate World Cruise

Royal Caribbean International’s Serenade of the Seas set sail on its Ultimate World Cruise from PortMiami on Sunday, December 10, 2023. The 274-day cruise is being sailed in four legs, features 150 ports of call in 65 countries and all seven continents, 11 World Wonders, and so many other sites and wonders. In other words, the cruise to beat all cruises.

The first leg of the cruise–The Ultimate Americas Cruise–sails from December 10, 2023 to February 11, 2024. Travelers will visit 36 destinations across three continents and visit four world wonders: Chichen Itza, Mexico; Christ the Redeemer, Brazil; Iguazu Falls, Argentina; and Machu Picchu, Peru. Travelers in this leg of the journey will traverse from warm Caribbean shores to the glacier-studded Antarctica.

The second leg of the trip–The Ultimate Asia Pacific Cruise–departs from Los Angeles on February 11, 2024 and arrives in Dubai on May 9, 2024. Travelers on this leg of the trip will travel to 40 destinations over 87 days and visit three World Wonders: The Great Barrier Reef, Australia; The Great Wall of China; and The Taj Mahal, India. Other ports stops include those in Hawaii and French Polynesia.

From May 9, 2024 to July 10, 2024, travelers can sail The Ultimate Middle East and Med Cruise. This third leg of the trip will cover 63 nights and 44 destinations. World Wonders on this leg include Petra in Jordan, the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, the Temple of Artemis in Turkey, and the Colosseum in Italy. Travelers will also stop at the lesser-traveled Greek port of Olympia, the location of the first Olympic games.

The final leg of the trip–Ultimate Europe & Beyond Cruise–will encompass 63 nights and 40 destinations. This leg will embark from Barcelona, Spain on July 10, 2024. While there are no World Wonders on this leg of the journey, there are certainly things to see and do. Whether it’s the architecture in Barcelona, Spain, the majestic fjords in Norway, biking through Copenhagen, Denmark or the geothermal water at Iceland’s Blue Lagoon, travelers will have plenty to see and do. Serenade of the Seas will stop in New York and Perfect Day at CocoCay on the way back to PortMiami where travelers will disembark on September 10, 2024.

As Royal Caribbean describes it, “All four corners, one epic voyage.”
