Princess Cruises Upgrades All-Inclusive Packages

Princess Cruises has upgraded its all-inclusive packages, Princess Premier and Princess Plus. The all-inclusive packages are intended to “save on the things you are going to do anyway.” At the discounted bundle rate, guests could save over 60% as opposed to purchasing each amenity individually.

With the Princess Plus package, which cost $60 per person per day, guests will still receive the Medallion Class experience that Princess is known for along with Princess dining, accommodations, and entertainment. Also already included were WiFi for one device, gratuities, and the Plus beverage package which includes soda, specialty coffee and tea, cocktails, wine, and beer up to $15 each. Princess has now added two premium desserts per day, two fitness classes per cruise and unlimited juice bar beverages.

The Princess Premier package, which costs $80 per day per guest, includes all the amenities of the Princess Plus package along with some exceptions and upgrades.

The top-of-the-line package already included the Premier beverage package which included drinks up to $20 per day as well as a premium selection of spirits, cocktails, and wine by the glass. It also offered WiFi for up to four devices, gratuities, two specialty dining meals per guest, Princess prizes and the photo package of unlimited digital images and three printed images.

The Princess Premier package will now also include unlimited premium desserts, unlimited fitness classes, unlimited juice bar beverages, a Medallion accessory, and reserved theater seating for production shows.

Princess Cruises will still offer its Standard Package which is basic cruise fare with no included amenities, but will pay much more for individual on board amenities than if they would have purchased a package. Purchasing the Princess Plus or Princess Premier package for a seven day cruise ensures a savings of 54% and 66% respectively.

With prices rising across the industry, bundling amenities is a great way to save on your next cruise.
