Princess Cruises has announced its 2026 Canada & New England season for those travelers who love the changing colors of the fall leaves and the charm of historic seaside villages. The season will see Sapphire Princess in the for the very first time as she sails alongside Majestic Princess who is returning to the region. The ships will sail from the ports of New York, Boston and Québec City.
From New York, Majestic Princess will sail roundtrip seven-day Canada/New England itineraries. The Best of Canada & New England voyage, embarking October 3, 2026, will include the ports of Newport, Boston, Saint John and Halifax. The Canada & New England with Saint John voyages will include Newport, Boston, Portland, Saint John and Halifax. Those voyages will embark every Friday from October 17 through October 31, 2026.
Sapphire Princess will sail 10-day Classic Canada/England from Boston to Québec voyages. Some itineraries include an overnight in Québec City, plus the ports of Charlottetown, Sydney, Saguenay and Saint John. Those voyages begin embarking on September 3, 2026.
Sapphire Princess will also sail a 14-day Canada and Colonial America Cruise from Québec City to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in celebration of the 250th birthday of the United States. The sailing will feature an overnight stay in New York City and visit Saguenay, Charlottetown, Sydney, Halifax, Boston, Newport and Norfolk.
Passengers can also choose from two, in-depth cruisetours which will combine a cruise with days on land. The Historic America Cruisetour is seven nights on land visiting Washington DC, Thomas Jefferson’sf Monticello estate, Colonial Williamsburg, Independence Hall and the Gettysburg Battlefield. The Maple Explorer Cruisetour explores Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montréal as well as guided tours of the Canadian Museum of History and the Notre Dame Cathedral.
