Norwegian Cruise Line has announced new itineraries and destinations for its 2026 spring and summer season. Itineraries include the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Alaska, and Canada and New England as well as the addition of a new United States homeport–the Port of Philadelphia (PhilaPort).
Norwegian Jewel will begin sailing from Philadelphia and offering 7- to 9-day cruises to Bermuda on April 16, 2026. Her itineraries will include overnight calls to the Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda giving cruisers more opportunity to explore the beautiful destination with its pink-sand beaches. She will also call on the historical Charleston, South Carolina. Norwegian Jewel will sail these “Bermuda: Royal Naval Dockyard” itineraries through August 2026.
“We remain committed to delivering more experiences for our guests to create unforgettable memories, so they can vacation better with us,” said David J. Herrera, president of Norwegian Cruise Line. “We are particularly proud to partner with PhilaPort to launch cruising in the area, making it even more accessible to the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region.”
Following her first-ever season of Bermuda voyages from the Port of Philadelphia, Norwegian Jewel will sail 10- and 11-day “Canada & New England: Bar Harbor & Halifax” sailings that will alternate ports of embarkation between Philadelphia and Québec City. Ports of call will include Boston, Massachusetts; Bar Harbor, Maine; Saint John, Bay of Fundy; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Sydney, Cape Breton Island; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and Saguenay (La Baie), Quebec when embarking from Philadelphia. Ports of call when embarking from Québec City will include Portland, Maine instead of St. John, Bay of Fundy.
“The Port of Philadelphia is extremely excited to partner with Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the world’s premier cruise lines,” said Jeff Theobald, executive director and CEO of PhilaPort. “Philadelphia has so much to offer, as the birthplace of freedom and the home to much of our nation’s history, we look forward to connecting cruisers with our world class city. This new service rounds out the portfolio of services offered at PhilaPort, and we look forward to this next phase of growth.”
Booking is open now for the cruise line’s 2026 spring and summer season. Cruisers can choose from nearly 250 itineraries for nine of its ships. Between April and November 2026, Norwegian Cruise Line ships will embark from US and Canadian ports to call on 30 unique destinations throughout the Caribbean, Bermuda, Bahamas, Canada, New England and Alaska.
