Norwegian Cruise Line Offers More Exotic Itineraries

In a recent press release, Norwegian Cruise Line has announced new itineraries and new ports for the 2024/2025 season. 

The announcement of new 2024-2025 exotic itineraries included the debut of 

Norwegian Spirit, Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky in Asia, and new ports of call to Manama, Bahrain; Rarotonga, Cook Islands; Sokhna, Egypt; and Akita, Japan.

These new itineraries begin in October 2024 and continue through December 2025 and expands NCL’s sailings to Antarctica, South America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand by 37 percent and its Extraordinary Journeys by 15 percent.  Extraordinary Journeys is NCL’s collection of immersive journeys that take guests to lesser-visited and once-in-a-lifetime destinations

There are several itineraries available to book today, including:

NCL’s first voyage from Ushuaia, Argentina aboard the Norwegian Star. The sailing is a 14-day South American adventure to Brazil and Antarctica that departs March 1, 2025.  

You can also book NCL’s maiden call to Bahrain aboard the Norwegian Sun. This is the cruise line’s first dedicated sailing in the Middle East. It is a 7-day cruise that departs on April 12,2025 from Doha, Qatar.  

You can choose one of three NCL ships debuting in Asia. Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky will debut together in October and offer amazing itineraries through May 2025. Voyages include ports in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. Norwegian Sun will call on Akita, Japan for the very first time on a round trip sailing from Tokyo that begins on October 23, 2024. Norwegian Spirit will join the two ships on her repositioning voyage on December 7, 2024 and embark on her first Asian voyage on December 21, 2024. 

Norwegian Sky is offering a collection of sailing within NCL’s Extraordinary Journeys. The voyages include a 16-day Africa sailing from Dubai to Mauritius, followed by a 17-day sailing from Mauritius to Singapore. Then in April 19, 2025 she will embark on a 16-day cruise from Dubai to Haifa, Israel. This cruise features a new port of call for NCL in Sokhna, Egypt which will allow guests to visit Cairo and explore the ancient Greek Pyramids of Gaza. 

You can board the Norwegian Spirit down under for a 14-day voyage from Sydney to Bali via the Queensland’s coast in December 2024. 

You can choose one of two ships departing from Haifa, Israel. Norwegian Sky will offer a 16-day Middle East Extraordinary Journey from Haifa, Israel to Dubai in November 2024.  This journey offers an opportunity to transit the Suez Canal in Egypt. Or choose an 11-day cruise aboard Norwegian Sun from Haifa, Israel to Istanbul, Turkey. Embarking May 5, 2025, guests can cruise to destinations in Greece, Turkey and Egypt.
