MSC Seashore Sails From Port Canaveral

MSC Seashore arrived in Port Canaveral from the Western Mediterranean for the first time on November 16, 2023. She will be sailing year-round out of the port and offer a series of cruises to the Bahamas and the Western Caribbean.

When she arrived, a special ceremony was held onboard where Canaveral Port Authority Chairman Kevin Markey along with CEO Captain John Murray presented Captain Stefano Aiello with a welcome plaque.

Soon after, MSC Seashore sailed a four-night cruise to the Bahamas. The cruise included a full day at sea along with ports of call to Nassau and the cruise line’s private island, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve.

Through at least October 2025, MSC Seashore will sail three-, four-, and seven night itineraries. Ports of call will include Cozumel and Costa Maya in Mexico, and Nassau in the Bahamas. Most of the cruises will also visit Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve.

MSC Seashore began sailing in 2021 and is part of MSC Cruises’ Seaside class. She includes three pool decks, a waterpark, an outdoor promenade, and a four-deck atrium. Guests can choose between 11 different types of staterooms and suites with balconies, 50 terraced suites with extended balconies, and 32 different suites with outdoor private whirlpools.

There are onboard activities that everyone can enjoy including evening production shows, an expansive casino, an F1 racecar simulator, a virtual reality river rafting simulator, an immersive XD Cinema and more. Foodies will find 11 distinct dining venues including 5 specialty restaurants, as well as 19 unique bars.

MSC Seashore is one of five MSC Cruise ships sailing from a US port during the winter season.
