On April 9, 2025, Explora Journeys launched a new loyalty program, Explora Club. The loyalty program offers 5 different levels–Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. More journeys = more benefits.
The different levels are determined by “weighted nights at sea, multiplied by suite category, with additional points earned through Destination Experiences purchased pre-journey or on board and eligible onboard spending.” Ocean Wellness, culinary and beverage experiences, laundry services and The Journey boutique are all avenues to earn points while onboard.

Explora Club benefits vary with each level and include personalized welcomes, turndown service savings at Ocean Wellness and Destination Experience, birthday surprises, priority access, a dedicated Explora Club Members area, complimentary upgrades, exclusive cocktail parties, and so much more.
Explora Journeys also offers an Explora Club Status Match meaning guests who have loyalty status with other luxury cruise lines will enter the Explora Club with equivalent status on their first journey. Explora Journeys expects to have a personalized “My Explora” area by July 2025. Guests will be able to view their benefits, level status, and past journeys. Previous sailings will be used as a factor in loyalty status. Explora Journeys is on its way to building a fleet of six luxury ships by 2028. Two ships, Explora I and Explora II, are currently sailing with the next four ships expected between 2026 and 2028.
