Carnival Cruise Line to Rollout New Menu Fleetwide

Carnival Cruise Line successfully tested new menus aboard Carnival Dream this past month. Because of their success, the cruise line will begin offering the new menus fleetwide and began with Carnival Conquest on July 17, 2023.

Later this month, Carnival Horizon will offer the new menus and in August the new menus will be offered onboard Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Vista, Carnival Radiance and Mardi Gras. Each month the new menus will be offered aboard several ships based in United States homeports through early 2024. Carnival’s ships based in Australia will also begin offering the new menus later this year.

The new menus are a collaboration between Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse and Carnival chefs and feature options personally recommended by Emeril called Emeril Selects.

“Food is an ever-evolving art, so our approach to the dining room offerings is to infuse a selection of new dishes, feature more international flavors and complement the Carnival classics our guests love,” said Lagasse.

“Working with our skilled team of Carnival chefs, we recently tested and selected more than 60 new dishes to mix into the dining room rotation. I’m pleased that these dishes were very well received by our guests on Carnival Dream, so we are very excited to roll them out to the Carnival fleet.”

While many items are being introduced such as new salad entrees and Emeril Select “Coffee Glazed Roast Duck” along with the new Banana Cream Pie, loyal guests will still find their favorites like Classic Beef Wellington and Chocolate Melting Cake. The menus will also include a rotation of items from Carnival’s specialty restaurants. Additionally, there are more vegan options along with the vegetarian options that were already available.

Today, via social media,  Carnival Cruise Line Brand Ambassador, John Heald said, “We have made a few changes to the new dinning room menus since the last time I posted them so starting today I will share a 7 day rotation with you and ask…………….WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE ?”  You can view that menu on his Facebook page. Bon appetit.
