Carnival Cruise Line Opens 2026/2027 Itineraries

Carnival Cruise Line has announced new 2026-27 cruise itineraries from Tampa, Florida and Mobile, Alabama. The sailings from the popular ports are open for booking to The Bahamas, the Caribbean and the Panama Canal. 

Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, said, “As America’s cruise line, we continue to sail from more U.S. homeports than any other line and our 2026/27 offerings from Tampa and Mobile are great examples of that commitment to provide our guests with the convenience of sailing from homeports that are a short drive away. With a variety of itineraries, many of which feature our own unique destinations Celebration Key and Half Moon Cay, our guests will have plenty of great vacation options, and our travel advisor partners will have some unique experiences to offer their clients.”

This month marks Carnival’s 30th year of sailing year-round from Tampa. Carnival Paradise is currently based in Tampa year-round and Carnival Legend sails seasonally from the port. In 2026-27, Carnival Paradise will continue to sail year round and offer four- to six-day Western Caribbean cruises and four- to six- day Bahamas cruises. Guests will enjoy ports of call in destinations like Cozumel, Mahogany Bay, Belize and Grand Cayman, as well as Celebration Key, Princess Cays and Nassau. 

From November 2026 to March 2027, Carnival Legend will also sail from Tampa and offer a series of six- and seven day cruises. Guests will enjoy ports of call in Grand Cayman and Cozumel, as well as Costa Maya, Belize, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Mahogany Bay, Celebration Key, Half Moon Cay and Nassau. She will also sail three 8-day Western Caribbean sailings, two 8-day sailings to Panama and a 13-day Carnival Journeys cruise to Panama that will include stops in Aruba, Curacao, Amber Cove and Colon.

Carnival Spirit will return to Mobile, Alabama in 2026 by sailinga unique 16-day one-way Carnival Journeys cruise from Seattle. The voyage will feature stops in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Cartagena, Colombia; as well as transit the Panama Canal. Carnival Spirit will then resume her seasonal schedule of six- to eight-day itineraries from Mobile to The Bahamas. Her six-day itineraries will feature stops in Celebration Key, and either Nassay, Bimini or Princess Cays. The seven-day itineraries will feature stops in Celebration Key as well as Key West and Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays and Nassau. She will sail ten 8-day sailings to The Bahamas that will feature stops in Key West, Celebration Key and Nassau as well as either Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays. 

Carnival Cruise Line currently boasts of a 27 ship fleet and will grow by seven more ships by 2033 including a fourth and fifth Excel-class ship and three ships from a new class that is still under development.
