American Cruise Line Turns 50!

American Cruise Line is turning 50 and wants to celebrate with you. The cruise line is offering discounts on several of its cruises along with free domestic airfare. 

American Cruise Line sails a fleet of 17 ships that hold no more than 190 passengers and visits United States ports of call exclusively.  Ports of call include those in Alaska, California, Florida, Maine, and everything in between. 

The cruise line is offering passengers $1200 off per stateroom on its eight-day lower Mississippi River cruises and $1000 off per stateroom for its eight-day Columbia and Snake River Cruises between April 8 and May 8, 2023. In addition, passengers will receive complimentary domestic airfare that is included with every coastal or river cruise. 

President and CEO of American Cruise Line, Charles B. Robertson said,“The U.S.A is one of the most dynamic countries in the world to explore by riverboat, so with our most exciting year ever ahead, we are commemorating the past 50, with Wave Deals that will encourage more Americans to discover how amazing cruising close to home has become.”

Cruise prices include port charges, fees, tips and gratuities. Also included is complimentary room service and Starlink WiFi. 

American Cruise Line has plans to add 12 new small ships that will accommodate no more than 109 passengers. The first of these ships, the American Serenade, will sail her inaugural voyage on the Mississippi River in April. 

American River Cruises travel up and down the United States giving passengers the opportunity to tour large and small towns along the way. The cruise line travels more than 50 itineraries and visits 35 states. River cruises also have the ability to go places large cruise ships can not. Places like Bar Harbor, Maine who voted last year to ban large cruise ships.
