MSC Cruises announced an order for a minimum of four new ships with the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The order allows for the addition of two more ships–a total of six–and introduces a brand new class to the fleet called “New Frontier.”

Five of Carnival Corporation’s brands will broadcast all 104 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches. The matches will air between June 11 and July 19, 2026, fleetwide on Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn, P&O Cruises, and Cunard ships.

Margaritaville at Sea will launch the new food hall concept, High Tide Market, aboard Paradise in January 2026. The casual dining venue will replace the traditional buffet found on most cruise ships and feature a mix of fan favorites and new concepts.
MSC Cruises has announced that MSC Magnifica will sail its 2028 World Cruise, departing on January 4, 2028. The 115-night voyage will feature 7 overnight calls, brand-new destinations, as well as favorite destinations. The sailing will take place aboard the newly refurbished MSC Magnifica, which received the exclusive MSC Yacht Club during her recent dry dock.
Celebration Key welcomed its 1,000,000th guest on December 18, 2025. Sailing on their first ever cruise, Andrew Sexton, his wife, Savannah, their three daughters and extended family were welcomed by a Junkaboo band in true Celebration Key style.They then enjoyed various amenities throughout the day.
