This Monday, we looked at Disney Cruise Line’s Wish Class–Disney Wish (2022); Disney Treasure (2024); Disney Destiny (2025); as well as two more still unnamed ships coming in 2027 and 2029. Which have you been on?
The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) welcomed Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Gem on Friday, October 31, 2025, marking the first time ever that Norwegian Cruise Line has offered sailings from the port. Norwegian Gem will sail seasonally from the port through April 2028.
Port Everglades is making history by exceeding its own passenger record and welcoming three brand new cruise ships in November. The county is also making major improvements including a new Omni Fort Lauderdale hotel and an elevated bypass.
If you are ready for Thanksgiving food, Carnival Cruise Line is ready for you! Carnival Cruise Line’s Brand Ambassador John Heald shared the cruise line’s Thanksgiving menu for the main dining room and the Lido Marketplace buffet. Guests who like the traditional Thanksgiving foods will not be disappointed.
Tony has been onboard Princess Cruises newest ship, Star Princess, this week. She was officially welcomed to Port Everglades during a star-studded ceremony in the Princess Arena. Star Princess was christened by her godparents, Matthew and Camila McConaughey, with a massive bottle of their signature Pantalone Reposado tequila. The Port of Galveston opened its fourth cruise terminal this week. Cruise Terminal 16 welcomed MSC Seascape as the first ship to homeport at the new terminal. The new terminal will allow the port to welcome 445 sailings and nearly two million passengers in 2026 bringing jobs and economic growth for the region.
