Carnival Cruise Line Reveals Thanksgiving Menu

The holidays are almost upon us and there is no better holiday for food than Thanksgiving. Carnival Cruise Line’s Brand Ambassador, John Heald, recently shared the cruise line’s 2025 Thanksgiving menu that will be found in the main dining room and on the Lido buffet. Guests looking for traditional foods like turkey and pumpkin pie, or more sophisticated options, will not be disappointed.

Guests in the main dining room can begin with a warm baked brie topped with spiced pear, cranberry, fig and pecan crumble; deviled eggs with candied bacon, herb aioli, and scallion served over a ham, pea and potato salad; or the classic crab cakes with a lobster creole sauce. Those who prefer something lighter can choose a Caesar salad; a holiday salad with cherry tomatoes, peaches, bocconcini, balsamic pearls, pickles and orange herb dressing; or shrimp cocktail.

Main entrees include holiday roasted tom turkey with stuffing, sweet potato casserole, green beans, giblet gravy and cranberry relish; or maple glazed pork tenderloin with apple compote, creamed brussel sprouts and sweet potato gratin. There is also jumbo shrimp, salmon wellington, seared duck breast, roasted lamb, and filet mignon.

Guests who eat a vegetarian diet will enjoy the spinach & ricotta ravioli with pumpkin and tomato cream sauce, toasted breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and sage; lentil & vegetable pie; or an Indian dish of paneer tikka.

What is Thanksgiving dinner without dessert? Just dinner. Thankfully, Carnival’s Thanksgiving menus offer the seasonal maple pot de creme with caramelized pecans, a swirled pumpkin pie cheesecake or a caramel apple cobbler with butter pecan ice cream. Guests who prefer the classics can still get the Carnival Melting Chocolate Cake, fresh fruit, a cheese plate or ice cream.

Guests who prefer the laid back atmosphere of the Lido Marketplace buffet will have a selection of holiday foods as well. Carved turkey with thanksgiving stuffing, sweet potato casserole, giblet gravy and cranberry relish can be found on the buffet as well as beer braised short ribs, salmon wellington, maple-glazed ham, and more. There will also be no shortage of sides or desserts.

Mr. Heald also suggested those looking for a turkey leg inquire at the buffet, but remember, each turkey only has two.
