In February, Virgin Voyages announced a special, one-time Limitless Voyage created by its Chief Entertainment and Lifestyle Officer Jennifer Lopez. Now they are announcing details of the cruise that is embarking on April 14.
Virgin Voyages’ Chief Growth Officer Isis Ruiz said, ”When we first announced the Limitless Voyage, we knew it was going to be something special. It is inspiring to see this one-of-a-kind sailing come to life through our partnership with Jennifer, Limitless Labs, the amazing women working behind the scenes in our organization, and those supporting us through the special programming and speaker lineup.”
The cruise will feature special guest speakers who are all considered trailblazers in their area of expertise.
Some of the more than a dozen speakers are:
- Beatriz Acevedo, CEO and co-founder of SUMA Wealth. Acevedo is a Latina entrepreneur who has dedicated her career to creating opportunities in an effort to influence authentic and positive depictions of Latinos in society.
- CJ Frogozo. Frogozo is a seasoned communications and PR professional, a fitness instructor, a warrior for social and economic justice, and gender issues.
- Catherine Balsam-Schwaber, who is founder and CEO at Kindra as well as an advocate for women’s health.
- Katie Rosen Kitchens, co-founder of FabFitFun where the mission is to inspire happiness and well-being around the world.
- Rei Chou, founder of Rei of Light, The Feast. Choi is a pioneer in human potential through the art of experience design, convening and embodied leadership plus innovation. The Feast has inspired and facilitated collaborations among leaders and organizations from the White House to MTV.
Growth Officer Ruiz added, “The Voyage proudly celebrates women, entrepreneurship, culture and community. It will encourage us all to be Limitless by exploring every side of ourselves through the unique experiences we are offering.”
The cruise is offering a Limitless Package which includes in part an exclusive excursion in Puerto Plata that features surf lessons and a tour of a local women’s co-op.
Guests will also enjoy special entertainment that includes female talent and Latina artists such as the bilingual group Bella Dose and DJ VTech as well as comedy acts by Gina Brillon and Aida Rodriguez.
