Seabourn has unveiled its first-ever Grand Voyage expedition cruise. The 94-day “Pole to Pole: Grand Expedition” will sail from the Arctic to Antarctica. The voyage will take place aboard Seabourn Venture, embarking on August 17, 2027. Sailing more than 20,500 miles, the voyage will offer various once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
The voyage will begin with an overnight stay in Reykjavik, Iceland, before guests will take a charter flight to Kangerlussuaq, Greenland where they will board Seabourn Venture. The Grand Voyage will feature 33 sea days and 60 days of port calls across 14 countries and territories. Passengers will enjoy five days in Antarctica, three in South Georgia, three in the Falkland Island, six in the Northwest Passage, and, new for this voyage, a three-day experience to the remote Ellesmere Island in the Arctic Archipelago. Passengers will experience the crossing of the equator, the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn as well as the tropical climates of the Caribbean and South America.

A voyage on an all-inclusive Seabourn vessel includes the ultra-luxury cruise line’s signature amenities and experiences. Expedition experiences include a 23-member Expedition Team of scientists, historians, submarine pilots and expert kayakers who will offer Zodiac tours, Fireside Chats, and education conversations through each region of the sailing. Additionally, passengers can take part in signature Seabourn experiences such as the Polar Plunge and Caviar on Ice. Seabourn Venture also boasts of 30,000 square feet of deck space allowing a perfect view of the Northern Lights when visible.
Guests will experience everything from the icy North to the tropical South before the expedition cruise concludes in Ushuais, Argentina on November 19, 2027. Guests will then board a charter flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina .
