Royal Caribbean’s Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in the Bahamas will now officially be opening on December 23, 2025, four days earlier than expected. Guests aboard the holiday sailings of Utopia of the Seas and Radiance of the Seas will be among the first paying visitors of the new Beach Club. Christmas Eve will be even busier with Liberty of the Seas, Vision of the Seas, and Wonder of the Seas all being in port.
Royal Beach Club Paradise Islands’ ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for December 13, 2025, and some Royal Caribbean cruisers have received an invitation for a sneak peek on that day. The invitation includes a complimentary day pass as well as unlimited drinks and dining. This soft opening allows the cruise line to work out any glitches and make sure everything is in order for the official grand opening.
Upon disembarkation at the Port of Nassau, guests who have a day pass to the exclusive destination will be transported via one of five water ferries recently unveiled by Royal Caribbean. The ferries feature the cruise line’s iconic crown-and-anchor logo and come in bright pink, oceanic blue, energetic orange, bold green, and happy turquoise
Guests who purchase all-day passes to the 17-acre resort will enjoy three temperature-controlled pools, multiple bars and dining venues, beach games, live music, and the world’s largest swim-up bar. It is also divided into three zones, each representative of its name–Chill Beach, Party Cove, and Family Beach. Guests can relax at Chill Beach, party at Party Cove, and enjoy family fun at Family Beach. Guests will also have the option to rent cabanas and purchase VIP experiences.
The Royal Beach Club Paradise Island was designed with the Bahamian people and culture in mind, and will give back to the local community through an industry-first cooperative initiative. As part of the agreement, 49% of the equity will be reserved for Bahamian ownership and investment.
The private destination is intended for the exclusive use of Royal Caribbean guests and its sister brands.
