Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas Debuts in Sydney

Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas made a dramatic entrance into the Sydney Harbour as she arrived on Friday, October 31, 2025, for her debut down under. The Quantum-Class ship will now offer 24 cruises, which range from 2-night short sailings to 18-night adventures, from her summer homeport of Sydney.

Anthem of the Seas will offer a variety of itineraries, experiences and entertainment which is sure to please its more than 4,000 passengers. Itineraries include short 2- to 4-night escapes along the coast, 7- to 9-night South Pacific cruises, and 10- to 12-night New Zealand voyages. Travellers will also enjoy an 11-day New Zealand Holiday cruise which departs on December 19, 2025, to sail over Christmas, and an 11-day New Zealand Holiday cruise which departs on December 28, 2025 to ring in the New Year.

Travellers will have the privilege of experiencing fan favorites while onboard Anthem of the Seas. The vessel features skydiving on RipCord by iFly and SeaPlex, the largest indoor activity space at sea offering roller skating, basketball, bumper cars and more. 

Anthem of the Seas also offers world-class entertainment with its production of the Olivier Award-winning musical “We Will Rock You.” Written by comedian and author Ben Elton, the show features Queen’s iconic hits.

Returning to Australia on December 1, 2025, is Voyager of the Seas. She will homeport in Brisbane for the first time and sail 22 voyages ranging from 2- to 12-nights. Travellers will have the opportunity to explore the South Pacific and Queensland.

Also debuting this season are six Wiggles-themed cruises onboard both Anthem of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas. The cruises will feature character meet-and-greets, live concerts, exclusive Royal Caribbean x The Wiggles merchandise and more.

Both ships will sail repositioning cruises in April 2026. Voyager of the Seas will sail a 25-day transpacific cruise from Brisbane to Seattle where she will begin offering 7-day Alaska cruises, and Anthem of the Seas will sail an 18-day transpacific cruise from Sydney to Honolulu, followed by an 8-day one way cruise to Vancouver where she will also offer 7-day Alaska cruises.
