Royal Caribbean Reveals Details About Its Royal Beach Club Paradise Island

Royal Caribbean announced its Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in The Bahamas will open in December 2025. The private retreat will be the first in the brand’s Royal Beach Collection and guests can begin purchasing all-inclusive day passes and cabanas in the spring of 2025.

Covering 17 acres on the west end of Paradise Island, the venue will offer stunning beaches, multiple pools, swim-up bars, eateries, beach bars and more than 40 cabanas. Purchase of a day pass includes all amenities beginning with the water taxi ride from the cruise pier at Nassau to the private destination which we now know will feature three zones–Family Beach, Chill Beach, and Party Cove.

Family Beach will allow families of all ages to enjoy The Shallow End zero-entry pool and various beach games. Those families who want to step it up a notch will want to rent the Ultimate Family Cabana which features two stories of amenities including a slide, a private whirlpool, a frozen drink machine, and more. With only one Ultimate Family Cabana to rent, it is likely to be in high demand.

Chill Beach will offer endless sunshine while relaxing poolside at The Deep End or beachfront. Cruisers will enjoy the Caribbean culture while shopping at local artisan huts or sampling the different island flavors at the various eateries.

Party Cove will feature a DJ at the world’s largest swim-up bar, The Floating Flamingo. Guests can also choose the Party Cove VIP space with poolside service to enhance the party vibes.

“The Royal Beach Club Collection is designed for every type of family and vacationer to get everything they want out of their ideal beach day – no matter the vibe they’re looking for,” said Michael Bayley, president and CEO, Royal Caribbean International. “With the first-of-its-kind Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, we continue to super-serve our guests with a tailored experience at one of our most highly visited destinations, building on nearly five decades of collaboration with the community and government of The Bahamas.”

As the result of a partnership with the Bahamian government, Royal Beach Club Paradise Island will showcase a Bahamian influence in its architecture, music, shopping and culinary choices. The construction and operation of the beach club supports the Bahamian economy and has created hundreds of jobs for local businesses.

In 2025, ships from six homeports–Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Port Canaveral, Florida; New York; Galveston; and Baltimore–will call at Royal Beach Club Paradise Island.
