Royal Caribbean has announced its most exciting Australian summer is coming in 2027 with the debut of the first exclusive cruise destination in the South Pacific–Royal Beach Club Lelepa.
Beginning October 2027 through April 2028, guests departing from Sydney on Anthem of the Seas or Brisbane on Voyager of the Seas will have the opportunity for an “ultimate beach day” on the pristine beaches of the island nation of Vanuatu in the Southern Hemisphere.
“As the most trusted holiday partner in Australia, Royal Caribbean continues to raise the bar on the ultimate family holiday with Royal Beach Club Lelepa – a first-of-its-kind destination in the Southern Hemisphere inspired by the natural beauty and spirit of the South Pacific region,” said Gavin Smith, vice president and managing director, Australia and New Zealand, Royal Caribbean. “We know Australian families love holidaying in the South Pacific, and Lelepa takes that to an entirely new level with an experience they won’t find anywhere else in the world. With an expanded lineup of weekend sailings, short escapes and longer ways to holiday, we’re giving travellers even more reasons to explore fan-favourite destinations across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.”
Royal Beach Club Lelepa, which will be home to two stunning beaches, including an adults-only retreat, will be different from other Royal Beach Clubs in that admission is included in the cruise fare. There will be a family-friendly East Beach, and an adventure-filled West Beach, as well as a Nature Trail with a dedicated walking path.
Also included in the cruise fare will be unlimited dining at two eateries and four beach bars, loungers, towels, umbrellas, and beach games. For a fee, guests can also reserve day beds and water sports equipment, as well as book shore excursions.
When Royal Beach Club Lelepa opens, it will be the cruise line’s fourth Beach Club. The cruise line already successfully operates Perfect Day at CocoCay and Royal Beach Club Paradise Island. Opening later this summer will be Royal Beach Club Santorini in Greece followed by Royal Beach Club Cozumel in Mexico. Fall 2027, the cruise line will launch Perfect Day Mexico in Mahahual.
All destinations are exclusive only to Royal Caribbean and its sister brands.
