When The Love Boat (Celebration at Sea) sets a “course for adventure” in November, fans of the show will be thrilled that favorites Cynthia Lauren Tewes and Charo will be onboard the 7-day Western Caribbean voyage.
Cynthia Lauren Tewes, who played cruise director Julie McCoy for seven seasons, and Charo, who starred in a guest role as entertainer April Lopez, will join previously announced Love Boat cast members during the November 16, 2025, sailing from Galveston, Texas aboard Regal Princess. Other cast members on board include Princess Cruises’ Celebrations Ambassador Jill Whelan who played Vicki Stubing, Fred Grandy who played “Gopher,” Ted Lange who played bartender Isaac Washington, and Bernie Kopell who played Dr. Adam Bricker.

The themed cruise will include meet-and-greets, themed activities, viewings of The Love Boat episodes as well as tributes to the show. With the addition of Charo to the cast, guests will also enjoy her famous flamenco musical performances and high-energy stage presence.
Princess Cruises is also offering the “Captain Package” for this sailing. A limited number of guests can purchase the package which includes The Love Boat Lounge: Cast Cocktail Hour, the Bon Voyage Dinner with the Love Boat Cast and exclusive merchandise celebrating the voyage.
The 3,560-passenger Regal Princess is currently sailing out of Southampton, but will return to Galveston, Texas in October to sail various Western Caribbean sailings. The 7-day roundtrip Love Boat Celebration at Sea will embark on November 16, 2025, sail to Cozumel for an overnight port, then journey to Roatán, calling on Mahogany Bay, before returning to Galveston for disembarkation on November 23, 2025.
