Princess Cruises has collaborated with the award-winning Mexico City bar, Handshake Speakeasy, to create five exclusive, bespoke cocktails, which are debuting across the fleet. World’s 50 Best Bars named Handshake Speakeasy “World’s Best Bar” in 2024, and “The Best Bar in North America” in 2024 and 2025. The globally recognized cocktail bar is celebrated for “its innovative drinks, sophisticated ambiance, and unique Mexican hospitality, which includes a hidden on-site flavor lab for crafting its cocktails.”

Three of the signature cocktails will be available fleetwide in Crooners, while two are exclusive to guests in The Sanctuary, the cruise line’s ships-within-a-ship concept.

The three Handshake Speakeasy cocktails available at Crooners are:
- Pan Am Punch–Bacardi Superior, Aperol, Lemon, Orgeat
- Green Tea–Bombay Sapphire Gin, Lemon, Vanilla, Coconut, Matcha Tea
- Banana Bread O.F.–Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey, Banana, Walnut Brown Butter, Maple
The two Handshake Speakeasy cocktails available exclusively at The Sanctuary Club are:
- Hibiscus & Spice–Pantalones Tequila Blanco, Hibiscus, Lime, Cinnamon, Cointreau, Vanilla
- Red Fruit & Roses–Elyx Vodka, Strawberry, Rose Water, Jasmine Tea, Lime

Princess Cruises is no stranger to these collaborations. The cruise line has partnered with various celebrities to create its Love Line Premium Liquors collections, which features both alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections.
