Norwegian Cruise Line has announced it will be offering 85 voyages across Asia Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand regions between September 2024 and March 2026. The cruise line will sail 30 new itineraries from 15 departure ports calling on over 60 destinations on new-to-the-region ships–Norwegian Spirit, Sun and Sky.
Norwegian Cruise Line will deploy more ships to the region for the first time in its history. This is also the cruise line’s first offering of summer cruises in Asia. The 30 new 9- to 19-night itineraries offer an average of 10 hours in port and 36 overnight stays. There are multiple first time calls to ports in Australia, Japan and Fiji. Some highlights include Osaka, Japan, where guests can explore more than 1,600 temples; overnight calls in Hong Kong, Melbourne and Bali, and; Himeji, Japan, home to Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Norwegian Spirit will debut in Asia on May 26, 2024. She will embark on a 10-day Japan cruise from Tokyo. She will offer nine- to 15-day sailings to Japan and Southeast Asia from September 2024 through November 2025. From December 2025 to March 20, 2026, she will sail 11- to 14-day cruises between Australia and New Zealand.
Norwegian Sun will debut in Australia in December 2024. She will sail 12- to 15-day voyages between Australia and New Zealand which includes itineraries to the Great Barrier Reef and South Pacific. She will offer six island-hopping French Polynesia cruises and two Asia cruises. From November 2025 to March 2026, Norwegian Sun will sail a series of itineraries throughout Southeast Asia.
Norwegian Sky will debut in Asia in January 2025. She will sail select Japan and Southeast Asia 10- to 17-day itineraries through March 2025.
