MSC Seascape to Feature Texas-Inspired Entertainment

Beginning November 9, 2025, MSC Cruises’ MSC Seascape will begin sailing 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries departing from the Port of Galveston every Sunday. The cruise line announced that guests can look forward to new Texas-inspired entertainment when the vessel begins her winter season. Guests can expect to enjoy a resident country music band, sports shown on Texas-sized screens and The Big Texas Sailaway Party, which will be led by the ship’s Southern-bred cruise director, Ryan Rose.

Steve Leatham, VP Entertainment, MSC Cruises, said, “MSC Seascape is bringing big energy and even bigger experiences to Galveston with remarkable entertainment options that blend local flavors with top-notch productions to offer countless hours of vibrant shows and experiences for everyone. From beloved shows and Broadway-style performances to never-before-seen concepts, our entertainment offerings will bring a lively energy that’s sure to activate the ship and bring our guests to their feet.”

Guests aboard MSC Seascape will experience the heart of Texas blended with the soul of the Caribbean. Highlights of the expanded entertainment include The Lone Star, a resident country music band; a Caribbean steel drum musician by the main pool; dedicated Country Line Dance classes; pop-up theater; and a US-based comedian in the Forward Theatre.

The Forward Theatre will still offer its regular selection productions: Imaginocean, Dreamscape, In Concert, Premier, Shall We Dance, and Love Blooms. Guests will also continue to enjoy live music, variety acts, interactive events and late-night parties in the Le Cabaret Rouge aft lounge.

MSC Seascape will be the first MSC Cruises’ vessel to homeport at the Port of Galveston. She will berth at the newly constructed Terminal 16 which is scheduled to be completed this month. Her 7-day roundtrip itineraries will call on Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico and Roatan in Honduras.
