MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise line, plans to kick off its new nationwide marketing campaign during television’s biggest night–Super Bowl Sunday! The cruise line has purchased a 60-second “Big Game” commercial which will feature two still unnamed celebrities aboard its upcoming flagship MSC World America which is set to debut in April 2025.
Super Bowl ad watchers will see a blend of European heritage and American comfort showcased in a vacation experience aboard MSC World America and catered to North American travelers. The 60-second commercial will highlight the things that set MSC Cruises apart from other brands:
- A commitment to the US market which includes basing it newest ships at US homeports
- Amenities tailored to US cruisers
- The MSC Yacht Club ship-within-a-ship concept which features enhanced suites, butler service, and private bar, restaurant and pool spaces
- The Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve–the cruise line’s private island in The Bahamas

When MSC World America debuts from PortMiami on April 12, 2025, she will be the cruise line’s largest ship in the North American market. She will offer 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises with ports of call in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Honduras. Additionally, all itineraries will call on Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in The Bahamas. The vessel will feature seven districts, 19 dining venues, 18 bars and lounges, a new outdoor venue for families, an outdoor World Promenade, a 3-level World Galleria and the largest MSC Yacht Club in the Caribbean.
