Princess Cruises announced a 14-day 60th Anniversary Mexican Riviera Voyage from the Port of Los Angeles aboard Royal Princess on December 6, 2025. The voyage will visit some of the same ports as the first-ever sailing aboard Princess Patricia that embarked on December 3, 1965. Princess Cruises Celebrations Ambassador Jill Whelan, known for her role as Vicki Stubing on “The Love Boat,” will serve as host for the Anniversary Cruise.
Nassau Cruise Port is breaking records. For the second year in a row, the port has surpassed its annual cruise guests record by more than one million passengers. The port welcomed 5.6 cruise passengers in 2024 who have contributed approximately $2.6 billion in tourism revenue.
Princess Cruises is introducing a non-alcoholic menu–the Amore Princess Zero Alcohol Collection. The collection will feature 10 to 20 premium non-alcoholic drink alternatives across the entire fleet of ships. The curated menu is being developed by Princess mixologists, the team behind the No. 1 bar, Sips in Barcelona, and renowned mixologist Rob Floyd.
Holland America Line is making a major investment in the Denali Lodge in Alaska. The $70 million investment will significantly enhance the cruise line’s popular land and sea Cruisetours. The three-year project will begin in 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
MSC Cruises is kicking off its new nationwide marketing campaign during the biggest game of the year–the Super Bowl. The cruise line has purchased a 60-second “Big Game” commercial which will highlight the things that set MSC Cruises apart from other brands.
Cunard’s Queen Anne set sail on her 107-night maiden world voyage from Southampton on January 9, 2025. She is crossing the Atlantic and will make her first port stop in New York for an overnight stay on January 17, 2025. She is the first, and the largest, Cunard vessel to complete a full circumnavigation of the globe.
