This week, we explored Princess Cruises’ final class, the Sphere Class–Star Princess (2025) and Sun Princess (2024). Tony and the lovely Jenny B sailed aboard the Sun Princess about a year ago and gave us their best and worst of the ship as well as a ranking of the specialty food.
Alfredo’s Pizzeria aboard Princess Cruises’ Sun Princes and Star Princess has been awarded the prestigious Ospitalità Italiana Certification, which is the highest global recognition for authentic Italian cuisine and hospitality, and only awarded to dining establishments that uphold Italy’s rich culinary heritage. Additionally, USA Today and La Lido Loca’s Tony both declare Princess Cruises’ offers the “Best Pizza at Sea.”
Disney Cruise Line has revealed its Summer 2027 itineraries and families will find them nothing short of magical. One exciting change is Disney Wish is repositioning from Port Canaveral to sail her first-ever season in Europe.

Royal Caribbean has announced it will continue its Artist Discovery Program to the latest Icon Class ship, Legend of the Seas. The program is designed to provide local, emerging artists the opportunity to showcase their work on a global stage.
Celebrity Cruises has received Forbes Travel Guide’s first-ever Five-Star rating for a restaurant at sea–Le Voyage aboard Celebrity Xcel. In fact, the cruise line received eight awards across the fleet for its ships and restaurants.
MSC Cruises announced they will show all 104 FIFA World Cup matches live this summer onboard its entire fleet. The first-ever tri-nation Soccer Championship is one of the most highly anticipated sports events and will take place between June 11, 2026, and July 19, 2026.
