Carnival Miracle Sets Sail From Galveston

Carnival Cruise Line is now sailing four vessels simultaneously from the Port of Galveston in Texas. Carnival Miracle arrived on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, to join her sister ships, Carnival Dream, Carnival Breeze and Carnival Jubilee, giving guests more amazing cruising options from which to choose.

The Spirit-class Carnival Miracle will sail a total of 18 voyages throughout the Caribbean, The Bahamas and the Panama Canal. The itineraries will range from four to 12 days during her first winter season in Galveston lasting through March 2025.

Carnival’s Vice President of itinerary planning, Fred Stein, said, “Galveston continues to grow in popularity with our guests. Adding a fourth Carnival ship to homeport in this great city gives our guests expanded choices, especially with the upcoming longer cruises Carnival Miracle will sail, which are ideal for those who want to experience a wider variety of beautiful ports of call and enjoy more time at sea.”

While homeporting in Galveston, Carnival Miracle will sail a total of four Panama Canal voyages. Each 10-night itinerary will call on ports in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and Honduras or Grand Cayman and include a partial transit of the bucket-list Panama Canal. She will also sail three 12-night Southern Caribbean itineraries visiting the “ABC” islands as well as other Caribbean ports. Finally, she will sail several Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries with ports of call in destinations like Costa Maya, Cozumel, Princess Cays, Amber Cove, Nassau and more.

After sailing from Galveston, Carnival Miracle will reposition to Europe for the 2025 summer season. In October 2025, Carnival Legend will reposition to Galveston as Carnival’s fourth ship after sailing a summer Alaska season. Carnival Miracle will rejoin Carnival Dream, Carnival Breeze and Carnival Jubilee in the summer of 2026.

Accommodating 2,200 guests, Carnival Miracle is the smallest ship currently in Galveston, but cruisers will not be disappointed as they will still experience Carnival Cruise Line’s signature style, entertainment, venues and overall fun.
