Carnival Cruise Line has announced new 2027/28 itineraries for three of its ships–Carnival Miracle, Carnival Elation, and Carnival Paradise–which include a special solar eclipse sailing on July 29, 2027.

Carnival Miracle will begin her deployment from Galveston, Texas, on March 29, 2027. She will offer a mix of 4- to 10-day voyages throughout the Caribbean, which includes a special 10-day Panama Canal cruise. The 2,100-passenger ship’s itineraries will include Cozumel, Grand Turk, Amber Cove, Belize, Montego Bay, Roatan, Celebration Key, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, and more.

On May 6, 2027, Carnival Miracle will offer a 14-day Carnival Journeys transatlantic cruise from Galveston to Lisbon, Portugal. The Spirit-class ship will call on Bermuda, Funchal, and Ponta Delgada before beginning her European season on May 20, 2027. She will homeport from both Dover, UK, and Civitavecchia (Rome), offering a series of 8- to 12-day itineraries to destinations in the British Isles, the Greek Isles, Scandinavia, northern Europe, and the Mediterranean.

While homeporting in Dover, Carnival Miracle will sail a special Carnival Journeys Solar Eclipse cruise. Departing from Dover on July 29, 2027, the vessel will call on Guernsey before her solar eclipse scenic cruising on August 2. Other spots include Lisbon and Leixões in Portugal, La Coruña in Spain, Le Havre in France, and Zeebrugge in Belgium before returning to Dover.

Speaking of the exclusive Solar Eclipse cruise, President of Carnival Cruise Line Christine Duffy said, “While there will be many ways to view the August 2 solar eclipse, seeing it from Carnival Miracle will definitely be the most fun way to do so.”

She continued, “Along with the great summer 2027 season in Europe, the combination of our large and diverse fleet and roster of U.S. homeports allows us to bring more variety and adventure to the 2027/28 season.”

Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Paradise and Carnival Elation will continue to homeport from their respective Florida homeports of Tampa and Jacksonville. Carnival Paradise will offer various 4- to 6-day Caribbean voyages, while Carnival Elation will offer various 4- and 5-day itineraries. Cruisers looking for quick getaways to Nassau, Cozumel, Key West, and even Celebration Key, Isla Tropicale, and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay will enjoy the itineraries on these Fantasy-class ships.
