Margaritaville at Sea to Launch High Tide Market

Margaritaville at Sea has announced it will launch the new High Tide Market aboard Paradise in January 2026. The casual dining food hall, which replaces the traditional buffet,  is described as a “lively, market-style experience that brings a world of flavor to sea.”

According to the company’s press release, “…the venue levels up the line’s buffet with more choice, more energy, and a modern approach to dining that demonstrates the cruise line’s commitment to implementing guest feedback in a timely manner.”

As guests wander the included High Tide Market, they will find one cruising favorite along with four new dining concepts. Fan favorite Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria will be there with its signature stone-baked pies. The Mexican Cutie Cantina will offer build-your-own street-style tacos or rice bowls with all the toppings and a hot sauce bar. The License to Chill Sandwich Shack will serve delicious deli favorites “with a twist.” Those looking for lighter fare will want to stop by Provisions Salads & More. Serving everything from crisp greens to scratch-made breads, the venue is certain to please. Finish your meal off with the all-new Slice of Paradise. Indulge your sweet tooth with layered cakes, chocolate creations, or any of the other treats created by the cruise line’s resident pastry chefs.

After its debut on Paradise, the fleetwide rollout of High Tide Market will continue through 2027. The food hall will open aboard the all-new Beachcomber in January 2027, followed by an enhanced version for Islander in 2027.
Margaritaville at Sea also recently announced Paradise would begin sailing new weekday four-night and weekend three-night itineraries for 2026. These quick and flexible escapes include stops in Nassau, Key West, and Freeport.
