Regent Seven Seas Cruises Breaks Booking Day Record

Regent Seven Seas Cruises recorded the biggest single booking day in the cruise line’s history when it opened bookings for its newest ultra luxury cruise ship, Seven Seas Prestige. The sales exceeded the cruise line’s previous record set by Seven Seas Splendor in 2018 by 26%.

Additionally, breaking previous records for a top tier product, the ship’s 8,800 square foot Skyview Regent Suite, which is available for $25,000 per night, is booked for 6 of 13 available voyages during the ship’s inaugural season in winter 2026.

“I’m absolutely thrilled, but not surprised, by the phenomenal results that Seven Seas Prestige has produced – we knew that luxury travelers were extremely eager to reserve their suite on this incredible ship,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Seven Seas Prestige promises to begin a new legacy for the entire ultra-luxury cruise sector, and we cannot wait until she joins the fleet in December 2026. I’d like to thank our valued guests and Travel Partners, as well as Regent’s highly talented and professional teams around the world who all contributed to this fantastic achievement.”

The ship, which is under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, is the first of two ships ordered for the cruise line’s new Prestige class–the cruise line’s first new ship class in a decade. The 77,000 ton vessel is 40% larger than previous Regent Seven Seas ships. She will carry just 10% more guests at 822 meaning she will have more expansive public areas.

Seven Seas Prestige features all-balcony suites in 12 categories, including four new suite designs. The $25,000 per night Skyview Regent Suite, the two-level Skyview Suites, the Grand Loft Suites and Horizon Penthouse Suites are all new to Regent Seven Seas.

Regent Seven Seas is an all-inclusive cruise line and features The Most Inclusive Luxury Experience. The Experience offers unlimited shore excursions, valet laundry, Starlink WiFi, beverages including wines and spirits and all dining.

Seven Seas Prestige will sail her maiden voyage on December 13, 2026–a 14-night transatlantic sailing from Barcelona to Miami. From PortMiami, she will sail 10- to 12-night voyages in the Eastern and Western Caribbean including two transits of the Panama Canal. She will also embark from Los Angeles and New York before her transatlantic sailing back to Barcelona in April 2027, where she will homeport for the summer 2027 season.
