Princess Cruises Makes Changes to its Princess Plus and Premier Packages

Princess Cruises has updated its Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages. The packages now have more inclusive options, such as more casual dining choices, OceanNow delivery service, room service and express Green Lane embarkation at no additional costs.

Typically OceanNow, the cruise line’s on demand delivery service anywhere on the ship, activates at $14.99 per guests per voyage, and room service is $5 per delivery. They are both now no charge with the Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages.

“We take great pride in pampering our guests with friendly service and exceeding their expectations,” said Vice President of Food and Beverage Sami Kohen. “By offering the OceanNow Service and Room Service without any additional fees to Princess Plus and Princess Premier guests, we aim to elevate their journey to an unparalleled level of comfort, indulgence and value.”

Beginning August 12, 2023, guests who purchase Princess Plus or Princess Premier packages can enjoy fixed price menu items in Vines, Salty Dog Pub, O’Malleys, Planks, GiGi’s and more which will allow more food options at no extra charge.

“Great food is fundamental to the Princess Cruises experience,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises. “By incorporating our casual dining experiences into the Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages, guests can now indulge in more memorable meals tailored to their dining style preferences without hesitation, all while enjoying unparalleled value.”

Princess Cruises also enhanced the Princess App to make the boarding process even easier. The upgrade includes a process where guests can achieve “Green Lane Status” by providing completed travel documentation before embarkation.

Additionally, Princess Plus and Princess Premier guests can have the Princess Medallion delivered to their home at no cost instead of the standard $10. The Princess Medallion allows them to board the cruise ship by bypassing the line and is used onboard the ship for different amenities such as making dining reservations, theater reservations and spa appointments .
